The compatible battery-detecting and 10 switching part, which is disposed in the high-current transmissive current output path, is configured to switch to ON-state in response to detecting that the high-current chargeable driving lithium-ion battery, which satisfîes maximum working voltage spécifications and high-current charge spécifications, is connected to the charging object connection part, to allow a high current outputted from the high-current dischargeable built-in lithium-ion battery to pass through the 15 highcurrent transmissive current output path without any intervention of a voltage converter, so that the high-current chargeable driving lithium-ion battery is charged with the high current. The high current refers to a current corresponding to a rate of 10 C or more for a charging capacity of 2.5 Ah.
